Autumn Wellness Retreat
September 29 - October 1, 2023

This Autumn Wellness Retreat is an opportunity to take some time for your self-care. Rest, Rejuvenate and Reflect in the mountains of Frazier Park, CA an hour north of Los Angeles CA.

 

In this retreat Yogi Arvind will guide you to do a personal check-in and assist you in establishing a balance in your physical, mental and spiritual health. We'll incorporate a number of wellness practices during this retreat: Yoga Asana (postures), Breathing Techniques, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Sound Baths, Hiking, Nature Walks, Journaling, Personal Counseling, Chanting, Conscious Music, Ayurvedic Vegetarian and Vegan food.

 

The retreat begins on Friday September 29th at 6 pm and ends on October 1st at 4 pm. It's a residential program where food and shared accommodation (2 - 3 people per room) will be provided. Some of the participants will stay at Moksha Spiritual Center where all the classes and other indoor events will take place. Some participants will stay at other homes nearby. If you live close by and do not wish to stay here during the retreat, you may choose the non-residential option shown below. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 people in each retreat.

Fee: $ 350 (Residential program, includes accommodation & food)

Friday, September 29th.

Arrive by 5pm

Check in to your accommodations by 5.30pm

5.30 pm - 7.30pm: Retreat overview, intention setting for the weekend, breathwork, meditation

7.30 pm - 9pm: Dinner

Saturday, September 30th.

7.30 am - 8.30am: Breakfast

8.30 am - 10 am: Hike and back to the center

11 am - 12.30 pm: Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy

12.30 pm - 1.30 pm: Lunch

1.30 pm - 3.30 pm: Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy

3.30 pm - 3.45 pm: Break/Tea

3.45 pm - 5.15 pm: Sound bath, Meditation

5.15 pm - 7 pm: Walk and Personal time

7pm - 8.30 pm: Dinner, Q&A and social

Sunday, October 1st.

7.00 am - 8.00am: Breakfast

8.00 am - 10.00 am: Visit to Lake Pyramid

10 am - 11.30 pm: Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy

12.30 pm - 1.30 pm: Lunch

1.30 pm - 3.30 pm: Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy

3.30pm - 4.00pm: Q&A and Closing
