Spring Wellness Retreat
March 25-26, 2023
This Spring Wellness Retreat is an opportunity to take some time for your self-care. Rest, Rejuvenate and Reflect in the mountains of Frazier Park, CA, an hour north of Los Angeles, CA.
In this retreat, Yogi Arvind will guide you in establishing a balance in your physical, mental, and spiritual health. We'll incorporate several wellness practices during this retreat: Meditation, Breathing Techniques, Yoga Asana (postures), Yoga Nidra, Sound Baths, Hiking, Nature Walks, Journaling, Personal Counseling, Chanting, Conscious Music, Ayurvedic Vegetarian, and Vegan food.
The retreat begins on Saturday, March 25th, at 9 am and ends on Sunday, Mar 26th, at 5 pm. It's a residential program where food and shared accommodation (2 - 3 people per room) will be provided. Some participants will stay at Moksha Spiritual Center, where all the classes and other indoor events will take place. Some participants will stay at other homes nearby. If you live nearby and do not wish to stay here during the retreat, you may choose the non-residential option below. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 people in each retreat.

If you would like to arrive at the center a day early or depart a day later, we can arrange accommodation on Friday or Sunday nights for you at an additional cost of $50 per night.

3.00 pm - 3.15 pm: Break/Tea
3.15 pm - 4.15 pm: Sound bath, Meditation
4.15 pm - 5.30 pm: Manifestation workshop
5.30 pm - 7.00 pm: Walk and Personal time
7.00 pm - 8.30 pm: Dinner, Q&A, and social
Sunday, March 26th.
7.00 am - 8.00am: Breakfast
8.00 am - 10.00 am: Hike, freshen up, and go back to the center
10 am - 11.30 am: Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy
